International Human Rights

All Individuals are born with certain international human rights as recognized by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Geneva Conventions. International Law on human right violations are difficult to enforce as their is no global international court with full global participation and no global militia. International law is based on international laws derived from international treaties, international charters and customary law. Those most in danger of suffering grave human rights abuses are individuals stricken by poverty and political strife.
